Instructions
1-Unless you want to time Single Tasks Records(default), you will need to select New Time Study for Multiple Tasks on Stopwatch Tab
2-Type Number of Tasks per Cycle. Then, Name all the tasks.(E.g. 1-Load Part 1, 2- Machine Part, 3 - Unload Part)i
3-Be Sure you have named the noncyclics on setting(E.G Idle Time, Machine Breakdown events) ,so when time study is running and anything unexpected happens you are able to segregate the not expected task.
4-Now just click Tap to Time and when each task finishes, just click lap. The tasks are cyclic and there is no sequence limit.
5-While Running it is possible to delete time records in Time Log Tab swiping left the record. So all information on Summary tab including Average Cycle Time/JPH will automatically recalculated
6- If Task does not occur as expected, tap replace task and select one of non cyclic records. This Non Cylic Task is segregate out of Average Cycle Time.
7- This is summary tab. As soon time study is completed, click Send Email to send Completed Time Report. The way email is generate, you might find very easy to copy to spreadsheet.
